MY SINGLE IS OUT ON THE RADIO!

I couldn’t be happier! Its been such a long time coming, and I’m proud to tell you all that my single is officially out on the radio!!!

My official video is set to hit YouTube next week.. AND It will be released WORLDWIDE (don’t want to keep it from you) next week on ITunes. So I hope you will all give me your full support!!

The radio station that’s playing my new song is Radio6! http://www.radio6.nl and they even named me their new Jazz&Soul Talent + Made my single the record of the week or how they say it the “Schijf van 6” ! That means it will be on high rotation! Super excited!

Butchered…

The dentist really decided to show me how much she loved me. One of my teeth broke off a while ago, and unfortunately it had to be pulled.
I was lucky enough that the tooth didn’t want to go… So it took 45 minutes for it to be finally out and gone and an extra shot of anesthesia.

First she tried to get it a bit more loose by stabbing me in the gums a bit.. after a little while of trying she just decided to have a go at pulling it out, but what happened was that it broke off even more. She had to separate the tooth into pieces (with a drill) so that she could get it out bit for bit. This little trick didn’t work either and another dentist (male) was being asked for help.

He decided to throw in some man-power (read barbaric tactics) and he started leaning on my chest to put some more force on the tools. He then drilled even deeper into my tooth and hit some gums too, I could smell and taste he hit them with the drill…(sorry for the nasty details)… He applied extra pressure on my gums to try and get some movement going. At this point I just closed my eyes wishing that it would all just be over soon, cause I was “kind of” done with it. He went on for about ten minutes of torturing me and ended with a “I’m going to try and pull it out one more time or you will have to go see a jaw surgeon to get the tooth cut out”

And guess what, it FINALLY came out, the bastard!

Well that was my worst dental experience ever, hope never again.

I also hope this entertained you all a bit. It surely didn’t entertain me! Writing this did though! :)

So! What AM I doing?

I’m in the mids of moving. We’re going for a one stop to a new house. So I have a temp studio setup where I will be uploading my new music from. (I will try my best to do more than 1 song this month… ow I’ve already been checking out that adele song chord wise, its a standard chord progression so I’ll see if I can throw another chord in there somewhere.

I am also trying to get enough songs ready for my album (writing wise) so I can take a look at all the production that will be needed for them to sound world-ready. So I’m guessing that is going to take up most of my time the next couple of months. I do feel like the single had been written. Got a cool oldskool/motowny and uptempo vibe!

I am planning on keeping you updated and, when I hit the studio, make some behind the scenes footage and put it up on FACEBOOK <—- clickable or ——> YOUTUBE

For now, I want to thank everyone for supporting me. Know that I DO read the comments you guys send me. And if you want to have a response you can always TWEET me, since thats just easier and shorter.

I know I have to release something soon, cause I am driving you all crazy with NOT releasing anything. I’m on it… Fo rizzle…
